Weekend Wrap Up

We hope you had a great weekend!  We napped all day Sadieday since Mommy and Daddy abandoned us to go to the coast for sun and beach fun.  Do you think we got any tuna or big birdies or anything for that matter?  Nope. Nada. Zilch.  To top it off, they spent yesterday cleaning out closets for stuff to be donated.  There's boxes everywhere!  Can you see me?
Can you see me now?
I'm hanging out here because I wanna know why this book is in the donate box...
It's says there's 50 recipes of goodies just for us!  How come we were only allowed to turn our noses up at 4 of them?  Don't we get a chance to turn down the other 46?  What if there's one we actually like?  How will we ever know if we don't get to try them?
At least it's going to a thrift shop benefiting the humane society so other animals will benefit since we don't get to benefit from maybe finding the yummiest goodies ever since Mommy gave up way too fast.  She's a spoilsport.

Do you get homemade treats?  What's your favorite?

Hope you enjoy a treat filled day!
Isabella

PeeS:  The suitcase is emptied finally too!

Yeah, where are those other 46 dishes? It is totally not fair that your human gave up so quickly!

You absolutely should be allowed to test the other 46. Stopping at 4 is just wrong. But at least your mom tried those 4 recipes. All my mom does is collect recipes for doggy treats, she never actually makes any of them

Well that's good that other kitties can benefit from the recipes that you poor kitties never got to try. LOL! Hope you kitties had a terrific weekend!

Turning your noses up at all of them is a right, not a privilege, Isabella! Tell her. Put your paw down!

Oh good, we finally see you Isabella. I bet we wouldn't have liked any of those recipes and for sure our Person wouldn't have tried any more. Someone will enjoy that book. Hope all of you have a great day.

I don't cook for people, I sure as heck am not cooking for cats!

I don't make Little Bit treats and she's highly allergic to so many things. She loves sweet potato and duck treats. And then there are those wonderful pupperoni that she's partial to, and she also loves peanut butter biscuits. That's about all she can have in treats and not many of those.

Have a purrfect day you two. My very best to your wonderful humans. ♥♥♥

Mommy makes our chicken jerky treats and we really love it! It's something even Mommy can make and not mess up (she hates to cook).

We hope they didn't give away all the boxes!

Gasp - they didn't even bring anything back for you? How horrid!

We don't get homemade treats ... unless you count some fresh fruits and veggies. Rumor has it, Mom used to make treats once upon a time; maybe this will get her out of her lazy---I mean perhaps it will motivate her to treat Cam and me to some special goodies.
That box looks like a really nice box. Did you try it out?
Y/s,

Just make sure you don't get packed into one of those boxes, Isabella.

The mom has made us homemade treats, but we've never liked them. We prefer store bought treats.

I make chicken for Grace when she isn't feeling so hot. Does that count?

Good to hear that about the suitcase goodies ;-) I bet you're busy testing...
As for the donation box, well I think it is wonderful that it's for the benefit of the humane society!

Well at least it is a good cause. We love to keep Dad guessing with Noms he thinks we will like.

We gotta agree with you, Isabella. Can't believe your mom punted after only four recipes. Bummer that she is giving away that book. At least it is going for a good 'cause. You were very wise to stay out of the box. Who knows where you might end up. XO, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth ad Calista Jo
